I have been working within the NHS for over twenty-five years, I initially treated insomnia in children using CBTi in 2005, having trained in CBT with Professor Paul Salkovskis, Professor David M Clark, Alison Harvey and Professor Chris Fairburn in the years preceding this.

My main areas of work throughout my Clinical Health Psychology career, has been working with patients who are going through or have been through surgery. I work closely with ENT, MaxFacs and Orthognathic surgeons. I have considerable experience of working with patients who have been through trauma, and treating PTSD.

I can offer both on-line or face to face appointments in London.
