CBT-I Services

At The Sleep Clinic, Ireland, we offer specialised, non-pharmacological therapeutic support to help you sleep well again. Our services are holistic and centered around scientific and evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i).

CBT-i is the first line treatment recommended for chronic insomnia by the American College of Physicians and is scientifically proven to be as effective as sleep medication in the short term, and more effective in the long term.
