I am a psychologist and cognitive psychotherapist with experience in Cognitive-Behavioral therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). I received my doctorate in cognitive psychology at the Sapienza University of Rome. I have the diploma of "Expert in Sleep Disorders" of the Italian Association of Sleep Medicine (AIMS). My research topic is sleep, insomnia and sleepiness. My clinical work takes place in the city of Rome, Italy, in a private sleep medicine center and in a psychotherapy office.
