I’m a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience and a licensed Psychologist and Psychotherapist in Italy. During my PhD I had the opportunity to work in Salzburg, in the Lab for Sleep, Consciousness and cognition research and deepen my knowledge on electrophysiology, circadianity and sleep, sleep problems and consequences of bad sleep across the whole life span. I'm a lincensed Psychotherapist and I'm I’m also a trained psychologist for CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia) in Italy and at the University of Friburg. I deliver CBT-I in individual as well as in group sessions and light therapy intervention.

Da anni mi occupo di sonno sia dal punto di vista della ricerca che clinico. Ho svolto un dottorato di ricerca in Neuroscienze Cognitive presso lo Sleep, Consciousness and Cognition Lab di Salisburgo occupandomi di sonno, circadianità e emozioni in diversi contesti (sonno/insonnia, neonati, disturbi della coscienza). Successivamente ho conseguito la specializzazione in Psicoterapeuta e mi sono poi formata all'utilizzo della terapia cognitivo comportamentale per l'insonnia CBT-I sia in Italia che presso l'università di Friburgo. Svolgo valutazioni dell'Insonnia, ed effettuando percorsi di CBT-I sia individuale che di gruppo se necessario con integrazione di luce terapia.
