Hi my name is Donna Fairley

I am an RN with 40 years experience working in mental health and general nursing with 15 years of working in research, clinical, and behavioural Sleep Medice. I have a post graduate qualification in CBT and extensive training in CBT-I. I specialise in insomnia but I am profficient to identify any co-morbid sleep disorder and refer accordingly.

I run a clinic in Morningside Edinburgh but happy to offer CBT-I face to face, zoom, email and offer a telehealth service
