Hafina Allen, LCSW-R, BC-TMH is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She has over 10 years of experience working with adults, using evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, stress and other disorders.  She is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) and Motivational Interviewing (MI)
