I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in behavioral medicine, behavioral sleep treatments (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia), anxiety conditions (panic attacks, worry, health anxiety) and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders (OCD, body dysmorphic disorder). I also provide intervention for disruptions in sleep caused by other medical circumstances such as chronic pain or post-concussive syndrome. I am licensed in Connecticut and New York and can provide telehealth treatment throughout both states.
