Dr. Bob Campbell is a Clinical Psychologist in Park Ridge, Illinois.  He has special interests in relationship therapy, trauma, and medical issues (e.g., cancer, multiple sclerosis, sleep issues). Much of his work has been focused on couples therapy and anxiety reduction.

Dr. Campbell has served on the Allied Health Staff at Lutheran General Hospital, at the Cancer Wellness Center in Northbrook, and is also a United Methodist Pastor in the Northern Illinois Conference. He has previously taught graduate-level courses in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Geropsychology. He is co-founder and Co-Director of Willow Wellness Center, where he continues to offer workshops and consulting services.

Dr. Campbell has earned degrees from Harvard University, The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, and the Adler School of Professional Psychology. He also trained at the VA Medical Center in St. Louis, has completed Level 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and has advanced training in hypnosis from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

Dr. Campbell modifies his treatment approach to fit the individual situation. Some possible interventions include Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Adlerian therapy, Existential therapy, hypnosis, and mindfulness-based approaches.
