Dardeen, Kelly

Dr. Dardeen is a licensed clinical psychologist and has been in practice working with people to improve their lives since 2002. She is a certified insomnia specialist and enjoys helping people improve their sleep, which has a significant impact on other aspects of life as well. She is also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR for Trauma and focuses much of her practice on treating first responders.

Dr. Dardeen’s philosophy is that everyone experiences stress and its negative impact in their life, so asking for help in making changes is the same as going to your medical doctor when you are sick. Our mental health requires just as much tending and attention as our physical health does. Dr. Dardeen enjoys helping people identify problem areas in their lives and working closely with them to help identify ways they can make positive changes.

Dr. Dardeen attended Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana for her undergraduate and graduate training and completed her residency at the Salt Lake City Veteran’s Health Care System in Utah. Dr. Dardeen and her husband have lived in several states throughout the US and enjoy travel, nature, and spending time with their two little boys.
