Details

I am currently a clinical psychologist with the Center for Deployment Psychology, which is headquartered at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Science within the Department of Medical and Clinical Psychology.  In this capacity, I develop and facilitate trainings on and provide consultation for a variety of behavioral treatments for sleep disorders, including on CBT-I, BBTI, and Circadian Rhythm Sleep-Wake Disorders.  I previously served on active duty in the US Air Force, working in both specialty clinical health psychology and sleep medicine clinics, as well as embedded within the base primary care clinic. Many of my patients were also dealing with nightmares and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as chronic pain conditions. As a result, I have experience in both civilian and military settings.  I hold both a CBSM from the American Board of Sleep Medicine and am a diplomate of the Board of Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
