I am a career firefighter/paramedic who also coordinates the wellness and mental health programming for a large fire department in the United States. I am a CBT-I clinician working primarily with first responders living with insomnia, but I am willing to work with non-first responders, as well. I also own a yoga business, and I operate my CBT-I program out of that business, along with yoga, meditation, and breath work classes.
