Dr. Hekler is a Staff Psychologist at the VA San Diego Health Care System, offering brief psychotherapy services, including CBT for Insomnia, through the VA Chula Vista Primary Care Clinic. She also offers treatment for those with Circadian Rhythm Sleep Wake Disorders and assists with CPAP Adherence. Dr. Hekler is a VA National Consultant for training other VA mental health providers to provide CBT-I to veterans.
