I am a licensed clinical social worker. I specialize in the evidenced based techniques of CBT-I and EMDR. I like both approaches because they are different than just talk therapy and offer real results and changes. I did my CBT-i training through a 10 hour course. I have been in love with CBT-I since the training. I always feel happy when my clients are smiling because they are actually sleeping! I look forward to speaking with you.
