I have a master's degree in clinical psychology from Middles Tennessee State University with a focus in behaviorism. I have gained additional training in cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure response prevention. I am licensed in Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor with a mental health provider designation as well as being a Certified Psychological Assistant (a PA to a psychologist). I have worked with individuals with sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, hypersomnia, and circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders that have lead to depression and anxiety as well as other difficulties. As such, I was driven to find a way to help individual with this sleep difficulties. I have been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. I enjoy applying the behaviorally focused techniques that help people improve their lives.
