I am a psychotherapist in private practice licensed in California, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. I am also a registered telehealth provider in Florida. I can work with clients in any of these states via telehealth. I practice both long-term relational and experiential psychotherapy as well as time-limited Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). My time-limited CBT-I work can be as short as 5 sessions or as long as 10 sessions, and on occasion, clients transition from CBT-I clients to long-term clients if there is a need and a fit.

I sought out training in CBT-I because a significant portion of my long-term clients reported chronic sleep difficulties, and I felt the need to become better equipped to assist clients with this foundational area of mental and physical health.

In addition to my CBT-I work, some of my areas of clinical focus include somatic therapy (using the Somatic Experiencing model), working with people in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields, and working with people of color and second generation individuals.
