Details

I received a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers. Previous to that, I studied Experimental Psychology at Stony Brook and was a Research Associate and Lecturer at Princeton University Psychology Department. I have practiced Psychology in NJ for the past 25 years.

In the early 1990s, I developed an interest in sleep disorders and was supervised at the Robert Wood Johnson Sleep Center. In 1998, I joined the affiliate staff at University Medical Center at Princeton and began diagnosing and treating insomnia patients at the hospital Sleep Center. I now work independently and limit my practice to sleep disorders.

Treatment is relatively brief (4-6 sessions).  Techniques are tailored to the individual. In addition to insomnia, I specialize in circadian rhythm disorders.

Please note that I do not participate in any managed care. My patients pay the bill at the session and then apply for reimbursement through their provider, usually under mental health services.

Also note: I do not participate in Medicare. You will not be covered under your Medicare or Medigap policies.  However, as a courtesy to Medicare patients, there will be a substantial fee reduction.
