Please feel free to contact me should you wish to discuss issues related to Insomnia, anxiety, and how to get ‘unstuck’.  I work with clients with many other issues- including those unrelated to sleep disorders.  I decided to get a better understanding of Insomnia and treatment for this as a result of having so many clients come to therapy for other issues- but also a complaint of being tired.  It wasn’t until we started speaking that issues of insomnia and poor sleep hygiene emerged.  I was thrilled to find CBT-I training and feel that it is a highly effective model of treatment.  Please feel free to check out my profile on Psychology Today or my website at www.DrJillSP.com.
